I must admit, I have’t been to any of these music events but had heard enough to want to fly there right away and just set myself wild. Rather then me telling you guys you should go, it’s more like my wish list of events.
We’ll start with USA first. Subsequently would be Europe and Asia Pacific.
Ultra Music Festival
Dates: March 23 – 25

It’s impossible that you don’t know about Ultra Music Festival. Debuted in 1999, this festival has been around for 13 years! It’s even harder to miss this year’s festival, the line up is super exciting! I see DJs like Tiësto, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren etc headlining this year’s festival.
Although it’s pretty late to get tickets for this now since it already SOLD OUT, but it’s never too late to plan for next year’s. One thing I have learnt from these kinda music festivals is that it’s always good to know when does the sales start and be ready to buy tickets on the first day because the tickets sells out so damn fast.
Electric Daisy Carnival
Dates: June 8 – 10

The name of the festival caught my attention the first time I heard it, I mean who would name a festival after the flower Daisy, right? However, thou shall not judge a festival by it’s name. After much researching and watching YouTube videos, this festival became one of the top 3 festivals in US I’m aiming to go.
It’s like those carnivals we would go when we were kids except this is for adults whereby you can just let your hair down and dance with renown DJs spinning the whole night and also play the rides for free ! You get to kill two birds with one stone or better phrased, you get TWO kinds of entertainment at ONE place!
Electric Zoo
Dates: August 31 – September 2

Electric Zoo Festival, although being fairly new has already made its name out there as one of the “must go” festivals in the US. Nothing fancy about it’s stage designs or location but just a simple enjoy-the-music festival. The line ups since year one has been amazing and I believe this year will be too. Are you thinking of going for this but you’re not sure if your favourite DJ is gonna be there? Currently on their website they are asking for suggestions for this year’s line up, just fill up the survey and pray that when they announce the line up, your DJ is in it. It’s not too late yet to plan for this festival 😉
